Understanding relationships
Read outgoing and incoming page connections.
Open a page's Connected to tab to see the content it points to. Open Connected from to see the content that points to it.
For an article connected to a person as its author:
- On the article, the person is an outgoing Author connection.
- On the person, the article appears as an incoming connection.
The connection name tells you what the relationship means. Direction matters: “this article has this author” is different from “this person has this article as an author”.
Use Connections or Referrers near the page title for a wider overview. Before deleting shared content, inspect its incoming connections. A text link or external use may not be represented in these lists.
