Surveys and forms

Build forms, collect responses, and follow up on what people submit.

Use Zotonic's Survey feature for questionnaires, registration forms, simple requests, and quizzes. Start with a short form, test the respondent journey, and decide who will follow up on the answers.

These tasks apply when Surveys is enabled and your account can edit surveys. The collection below takes you from a first form to results and exports. Your site's design and any special handling can change the final appearance and delivery of responses.
