admin_filter_count

Count active filters in admin overview query arguments, for example to display the number of selected filters on the overview's Filter button.

The input is a list of query argument pairs with binary keys. Values of undefined, an empty binary, or an empty list are not counted. Zero and false are active filter values. Sorting, pagination, and the query-argument marker are excluded: qsort, qzsort, qpage, qpagelen, and qargs.

An undefined input returns zero. Each remaining nonempty argument counts once; repeated keys are not deduplicated, and a list-valued argument counts as one filter regardless of how many values it contains.
