dialog_set_username_password

Show a dialog for setting a username / password on the given resource (which is usually a person).

The required id argument accepts a resource id or name. on_delete can be repeated to run actions after the account's username is removed. The built-in administrator account cannot be changed with this action.

The dialog can change only the username by leaving the password empty, or set both username and password. An administrator may optionally send the welcome email. Administrators and the user editing their own account are authorized to set credentials; username deletion has stricter safeguards.
