backup_start

Action which starts a manual backup.

The optional is_full_backup argument selects a full backup; it defaults to false. A full backup includes locally stored files from the site's archive directory in addition to the database and configuration covered by the normal backup. When filestore is enabled, those files are not copied into the backup.

The action requires permission to use mod_backup, a writable site, and manual backups enabled in the backup configuration. It reports when another backup is already running.
